The Tanenbaums own 67,904 square feet of property known as Block 811.01, Lot 62, in Wall Township, which is part of a development known as “Orchard Crest.” Lot 62 was created from a tract of 171 acres formerly known as Block 811, Lots 23 and 24, owned by developer Lions Head Holding Corporation (Lions Head). This tract was situated in the R-60 zone and R-30 zone, which require a minimum of 60,000 square feet per lot and 30,000 square feet per lot, respectively.
