Barry at the Bat — The $60,000 worth of legal work expended by Barry Kozyra for online sports memorabilia seller Robert Edward Auctions is peanuts next to the $517,000 REA obtained last year for the seller of a Babe Ruth 1914 rookie card.
Even so, $60,000 is a sum worth fighting for, which REA is doing in a suit in Somerset County against a druggist whose consignment of cards, bats, balls and ephemera allegedly caused a legal rhubarb that required REA to bring in Kozyra, of Kozyra & Hartz in Roseland.
