The New Jersey Senate on Thursday confirmed 19 judges for the Superior Court statewide and two prosecutors, including New Jersey’s first female Hispanic prosecutor, Camelia Valdes.
Valdes succeeds James Avigliano in Passaic County. Sussex County Prosecutor David Weaver was approved for a second, five-year term.
