Cohen Counts Increase — Ex-Assemblyman Neil Cohen, charged last year with official misconduct and possession of child pornography found on a legislative office computer, is facing a new charge that he viewed similar pictures on his law office computer.

A state grand jury on Thursday issued a superseding indictment against the former Union County Democratic lawmaker, adding a fifth charge of fourth-degree possession of child pornography. Investigators found the pictures at his office at Gill & Cohen in Montclair, according to a statement by Attorney General Anne Milgram.
