Plaintiff Kwasi Muhammad is an inmate who is presently confined at East Jersey State Prison and who was previously confined at the Albert C. Wagner Youth Correctional Facility (ACWYCF) and at South Woods State Prison. Plaintiff’s left leg was amputated below the knee prior to his incarceration, and he uses a prosthesis.
