Adversary Turned Litigant — When Day Pitney defeated New York solo Frank Shernoff in a federal employment case, Shernoff did more than appeal. He alleged in a state court suit that the 375-lawyer firm and partners Gregory Parliman and Kristine Feher won by fraud, causing him economic and emotional damages.
Shernoff suffered another loss Friday. An appeals court affirmed dismissal of his claim and upheld a $45,000 frivolous suit sanction.
