But after trying Fastcase, the web-based legal research tool offered free to New Jersey State Bar Association members, he cancelled his LexisNexis account.
“I found the service much simpler to use, and easier to work with. I am very happy to now have this research tool available,” said Berger, whose practice is in Springfield.
