(per curiam) (38 pp.) This action concerns a dispute among shareholders of Star Pacific Corporation (SPC), a closely held corporation of New Jersey. The appellate panel affirms the judgment of liability, and affirms in part and remands in part the award of damages. [Decided December 23, 2009]

FAMILY LAW — CHILD SUPPORT

20-2-6268 Jones v. Sharif, App. Div. (per curiam) (6 pp.) Plaintiff appeals the denial of reconsideration of an order of child support. When custody of one of the parties’ three children was transferred to defendant, the court instructed the parties to submit pay stubs so that new child support guidelines worksheets could be completed and new child support amounts calculated. It is undisputed that the Guidelines calculations were based solely on the pay stubs submitted by the parties. Because the trial court did not require the parties to file an updated Case Information Statement, and did not adequately consider the prior imputation of income to defendant, the appellate panel reverses and remands.
