Plaintiff Robert Triffin appeals from an order entered by Judge Donald Goldman finding that Triffin committed a fraud on the court, awarding defendant Automatic Data Processing Inc. (ADP) counsel fees and costs of $44,000, and requiring Triffin, for one year, to provide a certification, under oath, to indicate whether he possesses a document with original signatures whenever he submits a document to a trial court.
