The New Jersey State Police said Friday they will change the way they verify Alcotest readings because it does not comply with Supreme Court criteria.
Troopers have been using an online calculator that lops off crucial numbers after the third decimal place, rather than the fourth as specified by the Court in State v. Chun , 194 N.J. 54 (2008).
