Claims by hundreds of former employees that Prudential conspired with a New York law firm to keep them from suing the company for discrimination will get the benefit of centralized case management.

A Supreme Court order released Wednesday transferred the case, Lederman v. Prudential Life Ins. Co. of America, ESX-L-10547-02, from Essex County to Bergen County and assigned it to Superior Court Judge Brian Martinotti.
