Horn To Receive ABA Tax Section Award
Lawrence Horn (shown), a partner with Sills Cummis & Gross in Newark, will receive the Jules Ritholz Memorial Merit Award from the American Bar Association Tax Section’s Committee on Civil and Criminal Tax Penalties in recognition of his practice in the field of civil and criminal tax controversies. The award will be presented at the association’s annual Tax Section meeting on May 7-8 in Washington, D.C.
