Gibbons partners Lan Hoang, Susan Nardone, Damian Santomauro and Peter Torcicollo, along with associate Carla Dorsi, received certificates of appreciation on March 11 for their pro bono work with the Essex and Union County Fugitive Safe Surrender Program, which took place last Nov. 4-7 at the Bethany Baptist Church in Newark.
