A Paterson woman accepted $790,000 on April 13 to settle her Passaic County suit over injuries she suffered as an automobile passenger.
On Jan. 18, 2006, Rosalia Mendoza, then 41, was in a car that was hit from behind as it was stopped on Broad Street in Clifton at the intersection of Route 46 East.
