Middlesex County freeholders approved a $1.59 million settlement on April 19 in a harassment and discrimination suit by two former female sheriff’s officers, Ivan v. County of Middlesex.
The settlement pays $752,500 to Joan Ivan and Angel Jazikoff and $837,500 for legal fees.
