ATTORNEY/CLIENT — ATTORNEYS’ FEES

04-2-8461 NJ Capital Partners, LLC v. Oakland Planning Board, App. Div. (per curiam) (30 pp.) Plaintiff NJ Capital Partners, LLC appeals from a series of orders that limited its recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs in this inverse condemnation action against defendant Borough of Oakland to $50,000. The appellate panel affirms in part, reverses in part, and remands. In addition to considering additional fees and expenses for which plaintiff may seek reimbursement in light of the panel’s expansion of the eligible time frame, the judge shall consider the reasonableness of the services reflected in the “approximately $8000″ previously disallowed because they were incurred in the “settlement dispute,” as well as the $475 disallowed for reasons that the appellate panel cannot discern.
