Joshua Messian, who graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2009, joins the co-op and condominium group in the firm’s New York office, and handles litigation matters, including landlord/tenant disputes and condominium collection matters. Marshall Kizner, previously an associate with Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in Cherry Hill, is with the bankruptcy and creditor’s rights group at Stark’s Lawrenceville office, where he focuses in representation of creditors in bankruptcy and state courts. Ian Abovitz, previously an associate with March, Hurwitz & DeMarco in Media, Pa., is with the accident and personal injury group at Stark’s Newtown, Pa., office, where he concentrates on complex injury, medical negligence and construction accident claims.
