04-2-9208 Gere v. Louis, App. Div. (per curiam) (36 pp.) In this action arising out of defendant Louis’ representation of plaintiff in connection with her matrimonial action and the distribution of property and defendant DeBartolo’s representation of her in post-judgment proceedings regarding whether she gave up her interest in the parties’ marina, the panel affirms the motion judge’s finding that the claims against Louis are barred by the six-year limitations period. The claims against DeBartolo are also dismissed. The judge properly relied on Puder in finding that any deficiency in his representation of her regarding the first settlement was ameliorated by her second settlement that she deemed to be fair and equitable.
