On appeal by defendants Asch Webhosting, Inc. and Morton Schneider, the appellate panel affirms an order directing Sovereign Bank to turn over funds from Schneider’s joint bank account with his spouse in the amount of $534.76 as partial satisfaction of a judgment entered against the defendants, and ordering Sovereign to release to the account holders the balance of the previously levied funds held by the Bank. The panel finds the trial court appropriately held that only eleven percent of the funds on deposit with Sovereign are attributable to Morton Schneider.
