STATE COURT CASES
FAMILY LAW — CHILD SUPPORT

20-2-9490 Kurlansik v. Morin,App. Div. (per curiam) (15 pp.) Plaintiff appeals from the denial of his post-judgment cross-motion that sought, in part, the retroactive modification of child support. The appellate panel concludes that it was an abuse of discretion for the trial court to modify the parties’ Property Settlement Agreement to require the parties to share their child’s Schedule A, B, and C expenses on an 80% to 20% basis and reverses that portion of the order. All other aspects of the orders appealed from are affirmed.
