Drewry Nash Fennell, the executive director of the Delaware Criminal Justice Council, received the 2010 Mary Philbrook Award on Sept. 28 from the Women’s Law Caucus at Rutgers Law School-Camden. The award, named after the first woman admitted to the New Jersey bar, recognizes the achievements of a leading advocate for civil rights, social justice and equality.
