Bruce Baldinger of Morristown claimed he wasn’t paid as counsel to the Hamburger Law Firm of Englewood for representing one of its clients. But Superior Court Judge Liliana DeAvila-Silebi apparently neglected to review both parties’ summary judgment motions and dismissed Baldinger’s case because he was not ready for trial.
