The state Supreme Court has agreed to address whether plaintiffs can hold employees liable for personal participation in violating Consumer Fraud Act regulations without having to pierce the corporate veil.
George Dougherty, who represents the plaintiffs in Allen v. V and A Brothers, Inc., A-30-10, says the Court already decided that issue in a 1997 reported case in which he also appeared.
