Pro hac vice attorneys, in-house counsel, and multijurisdictional practitioners attorneys are subject to the same requirements as licensed members of the New Jersey Bar under a number of Court Rules. Among these are the requirements to pay the annual assessment. The Supreme Court has entered an Order declaring ineligible in New Jersey those pro hac vice attorneys, in-house counsel, and multijurisdictional practitioners not in compliance with the 2010 annual assessment. Those Orders and the associated Ineligible Lists follow. The last known contact address is given in each list; please contact the Fund if you have knowledge of a more current mailing address.
Pro hac vice attorneys, in-house counsel, and multijurisdictional practitioners will be removed from the 2010 Ineligible Lists without further order of the Court upon filing with the Fund the annual registration statement for 2010 together with payment of ALL of the following: the 2010 annual payment of $204, the $40 late fee, any arrears due from prior years, and a reinstatement fee of $50 if being removed from one calendar year’s Ineligible List or $100 if being removed from two or more calendar years’ Lists.
