A Monmouth County company and its owner have been hit with a $5 million judgment in federal court in Trenton for defrauding cellular phone provider T-Mobile USA Inc.

District Judge Freda Wolfson held Tuesday that the actions of Cellimports LLC and Jasvinder Virdi, both of Matawan, caused T-Mobile to lose goodwill and damaged its reputation.
