Full CircleBennett Wasserman spent part of his early career as a personal-injury lawyer with Harry Lipsig in New York City, long before concentrating in the professional ethics and legal malpractice sphere. More than 30 years later, he is coming home, in a way: joining the Teaneck PI firm of Davis, Saperstein & Salomon and helping it start a malpractice department.

Wasserman made the move on Jan. 1, leaving 12-lawyer Stryker, Tams & Dill in Newark, where he had worked for nine years as of counsel, the same title he has in his new job. Stryker associate Krishna Shah came along with him.
