This supplements the Notice dated February 3, 2011 which published for comment the 2009-2011 reports of four Supreme Court rules and program committees: (1) Committee on Complementary Dispute Resolution, (2) Family Practice Committee, (3) Municipal Court Practice Committee, and (4) Committee on the Rules of Evidence.
Published with this notice are (5) the report of the 2009-2011 Criminal Practice Committee, and (6) the Supplemental Report of the 2009-2011 Family Practice Committee . The Supreme Court invites written comments on these reports. The report of the Committee on Minority Concerns will be published at a later date.
