Defendant Highlander Development Group, L.L.C., operated the Shadow Lawn Mobile Home Park on land it owns in defendant borough of Highland’s MH Mobile Home Residence District zone. Adjacent to its property is a high-rise building housing condominium units known as Eastpointe. Portions of its parking yards and open space are within 200 feet of Highlander’s property; none of its condominium units are.
