I used to shop in high-end boutiques. I would wait for sales — very good sales, because I have (or had) very expensive taste. Due to some recent changes in my life I have not seen the inside of those boutiques in a while.

It turns out, however, that it may not matter. Because, I have come to learn, like so many other frugal fashionistas, that fashion knock-offs are alive and well at a discount retailer near me.
