Electric motor manufacturer AMETEK of Berwyn, Pa., announced on May 9 its $148 million acquisition of Coining Holding Co . of Montvale, a microelectronics packaging company, from private equity firm River Associates of Chattanooga, Tenn.
ArcMesa To Acquire Education Firm
ArcMesa Educators, a division of health-care publishing company Michael J. Hennessy & Associates of Plainsboro, announced on May 2 it has acquired Physicians’ Education Resource of Dallas. Both are medical-education providers.
