Plaintiffs Kent Motor Cars Inc. and Sports and Specialist Cars Inc. are automobile dealers. Plaintiff Robert Burt has an ownership interest in the dealerships. Defendant Reynolds and Reynolds Company provides a variety of goods and services to auto dealers and manufacturers. The dealerships purchased and used “buyer’s order” forms from Reynolds.
