Sealed Air, a packaging supplier in Elmwood Park, announced on June 1 its $2.1 billion acquisition of cleaning-service provider Diversey Holdings Inc. of Sturtevant, Wis., from the SC Johnson family of Racine, Wis., and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC, of New York City.
