The Senate Judiciary Committee on Monday recommended tenure for four Superior Court judges — three from Gloucester County and one from Sussex County — and approval for a new judge for the Palisades Interstate Park Municipal Court.
The hearing for the Palisades Interstate Park court nominee, Dwight de Stefan, did not go smoothly, however, and it remained doubtful until the final vote whether he would be confirmed.
