In a warning to lawyers who let their own money linger in trust accounts, the Supreme Court has issued a censure for removal of funds money without documentation to prove ownership.
The Court on June 9 adopted the Disciplinary Review Board recommendation that Collingswood solo Herbert Lawrence should be punished because he could not show that money withdrawn after more than seven years belonged to him.
