A Hudson County jury awarded $3.7 million on June 27 to condominium buyers who sued the developers for advertising river views and then building another structure that blocked them.

The plaintiffs in Etelson v. LeFrak Organization were Todd Etelson and 15 others who bought 10 units in 2007 in the south tower of Shore Club Condominiums, a 23-story structure in Jersey City.
