A Burlington County judge has approved a settlement in a class- action suit over administrative fees charged to home sellers for services that were allegedly covered by the realty company’s commissions.
The 4,000 class members will receive refunds equal to 40 percent of a $175-to-$275 fee they paid to Prudential Fox & Roach Realty, under the settlement approved on Aug. 12 by Superior Court Judge Evan Crook.
