Flying Blind — An attorney’s suit challenging Continental Airlines’ “cashless cabin” policy won’t be grounded, at least not yet, an Essex County judge said Friday.

Ridgewood solo Michael Rosen made out enough of a claim that Continental’s selling a headset allegedly under false pretenses may amount to a breach of contract, Superior Court Judge Denise Cobham ruled after a motion hearing.
