In the Matter of Saluti, D-70 September Term 2010; Supreme Court; per curiam opinion; decided August 25, 2011. On an order to show cause why respondent should not be temporarily suspended from the practice of law. DDS No. 04-1-3456 [14 pp.]

The District V-A Fee Arbitration Committee issued awards to three former clients of respondent Gerald Saluti. When Saluti failed to pay the awards, the Office of Attorney Ethics moved for his temporary suspension and the imposition of fines for each infraction. The Disciplinary Review Board recommended to the Supreme Court that Saluti be immediately temporarily suspended and fined. The Court temporarily suspended Saluti until he complied with the committee’s awards.
