An attorney for a Hudson County hospital operator in Chapter 11 is accusing its former lawyer, Donald Scarinci, of disclosing privileged information to counsel for the creditors committee.
From 2009 until last July 15, Scarinci was general counsel for Hudson Healthcare Inc., a nonprofit corporation set up to manage the Hoboken Municipal Hospital Authority’s operations. It filed its bankruptcy petition on Aug. 1.
