Commercial real estate company Brookfield Office Properties in New York City announced on Oct. 19 it has sold Newport Towers, an office building in Jersey City, to real estate equity firm Multi-Employer Property Trust in Washington, D.C., for $377.5 million.
Northeast Energy Bought for $4.8M
Northeast Energy Solutions, an energy-savings provider in Woodcliff Lake, announced on Oct. 13 it has been acquired by energy management provider World Energy Solutions of Worcester, Mass., for $4.8 million in cash, promissory notes and profit-related payments.
