A Passaic County jury found defendant Stanford Yough guilty of robbery, primarily on the trial testimony of Cesar Alva, the victim. He selected Yough’s picture from a book of photographs a week after the robbery, and two days later gave a statement to Det. Barone confirming his identification and saying he had seen defendant two or three times before the robbery.
