In March 2007, plaintiff CTC Demolition Company Inc. entered into three contracts with defendant GMH AETC Management/Development, L.L.C., for the abatement and disposal of asbestos. The contracts required alternate dispute resolution in two stages — mediation followed by arbitration, if necessary.
