Defendants Maryse and Emilio Guillaume refinanced their East Orange residence with a $210,000 loan from Credit Suisse secured by a mortgage on the home. Credit Suisse assigned the mortgage to US Bank. The Guillaumes were later informed that the loan servicer for their mortgage was America’s Servicing Company (ASC).
