Judge Charles Rand, Camden County Family Part presiding judge, received the Camden County Bar Association’s 2011 Honorable Peter J. Devine Jr. Award on Jan. 27 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel’s Riverside Pavilion in Cherry Hill. The award, named in honor of the association’s president in 1967-68, is presented annually in recognition of distinguished service to the association.

Franklin Riesenburger, a partner at Flaster/Greenberg in Cherry Hill and chairman of its environmental law practice group, has been honored by the Cumberland County Bar Association for meritorious service to the legal profession for the past 40 years. The award was presented on Feb. 29 at the Running Deer Golf Club in Pittsgrove.
