A lawyer representing his own son wants the New Jersey Supreme Court to strike down a state law that requires youthful drivers to attach red decals to their license plates.
Gregg Trautmann of Rockaway told the justices on Tuesday that the decals serve to alert potential predators that the driver is between 17 and 21 years old.
