A New Jersey appeals court on Thursday affirmed dismissal of a challenge to President Obama’s eligibility to run in the state presidential primary on the ground that he hasn’t proved his U.S. birthright.

A day after Purpura v. Obama, A-4478-11, was argued, the Appellate Division dismissed the appeal, adopting the findings of the administrative law judge below.
