T.Sl. is the mother of I.St. and V.Sl., both minors. After T.Sl. and A.Sl., her husband, were incarcerated on pending criminal charges, the Division of Youth and Family Services filed a complaint and order to show cause pursuant to N.J.S.A. 9:6-8.28 and 30:4C-12 and obtained custody, care and supervision of I.St. and V.Sl.
