Stiffed Lawyers — Danielle Staub of The Real Housewives of New Jersey claims to be broke. On May 30, she filed a Chapter 7 no-asset petition in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Newark, indicating assets and liabilities in the $500,000 to $1 million range and listing 35 creditors — 10 of them law firms.

With no schedules yet filed, the size and nature of the debts are unknown, but at least four firms are owed fees: Totowa solo Robert Cherry; Elliot Gourvitz of Springfield’s Gourvitz & Gourvitz; Darren Del Sardo of Woodland Park’s Damico Del Sardo & Montanari; and Hackensack’s Agostino & Associates.
