Stiffed Lawyers Danielle Staub of The Real Housewives of New Jersey claims to be broke. On May 30, she filed a Chapter 7 no-asset petition in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Newark, indicating assets and liabilities in the $500,000 to $1 million range and listing 35 creditors 10 of them law firms.
With no schedules yet filed, the size and nature of the debts are unknown, but at least four firms are owed fees: Totowa solo Robert Cherry; Elliot Gourvitz of Springfield’s Gourvitz & Gourvitz; Darren Del Sardo of Woodland Park’s Damico Del Sardo & Montanari; and Hackensack’s Agostino & Associates.
