Mass tort litigation against Johnson & Johnson over a subsidiary’s surgical mesh device shows no sign of slowing down.

There have been 884 suits filed since 2008, nearly half of them this year, according to the state Administrative Office of the Courts. The cases are consolidated in Atlantic County Superior Court as In Re Pelvic Mesh/Gynecare Litigation, 6341-10.
