Re: Denial of application for centralized management of New Jersey state court litigation involving certain NexGen Flex Products.

A previous Notice to the Bar sought comments on an application for the centralized management of all New Jersey state-court litigation involving NexGen Flex Products. That application was submitted pursuant to Rule 4:38A and the Revised Mass Tort Guidelines as promulgated by Directive #7-09. This notice is to advise that the Supreme Court, after considering the application and all comments received, has determined not to grant the application. Accordingly, all NexGen cases should continue to be filed in the appropriate counties of venue.
